Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to help with returns in accordance with the following policy.

What is the return/exchange window?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

What items are eligible for return / exchange?

  • Items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Do you offer refunds?

  • No, we do not offer refunds. We provide exchanges for items of equal or lesser value or store credit.

How do I exchange an item?

Please follow the steps below for online returns:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your invoice attached and the reason for the exchange/return.
  2. Our customer service team will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your return request. They may request further information or pictures to assess your request. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
  3. Please do not return any item(s) before receiving a return email confirmation.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

  • Allow 7 business days for processing exchanges. Once the item is inspected and approved, the exchange will be completed.

Can I return an item if I purchased it on sale?

Products purchased on sale, promotion, or manufacturer’s closeouts are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

  • Yes, exchanges for a different size or color are allowed, as long as the item is in stock and meets the condition requirements.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

  • If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.

Can I exchange an item for a different brand or product?

If you choose to exchange for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the difference.

Can I exchange an item if it has been used?

  • Items that have been used or worn (outside of trying them on) are not eligible for exchange, unless they are defective.

Is there a limit to how many exchanges I can make?

  • We allow one exchange per item within the return window. Additional exchanges may require approval by customer service.
